If you decide you would like to cancel your iHeart AdBuilder Campaign while it is in a Pending Approval status, you can do so from your Campaign Dashboard.
Please note: If you are canceling your order after your custom ad has been produced or your radio campaign has started, ad production fees (if applicable) and aired weekly campaign budget charges will still apply and are non-refundable. If you cancel your order in the middle of a live campaign, charges will be prorated and charged accordingly.
Below are the steps to cancel your campaign:
- Login to your AdBuilder account and click on the campaign you want to cancel
- Click on the 'Actions' dropdown and select ‘Cancel Campaign’
- Choose your cancellation reason and provide information on what you would like to change
- Press ‘Submit’ to confirm and cancel your order
